Does DuneGuard perform pest-control treatments?
DuneGuard provides an educational 3D guide and collects quote requests. A service provider performs any inspection or treatment. Your ZIP, selected pests and current capacity determine whether a request can be routed; the provider confirms the service details.
Does full coverage include every treatment?
Full coverage includes all six pest concerns in one request. It does not guarantee a single plan treats every pest. Termite work, rodent exclusion and other specialist work need their own scope confirmed by the provider.
Do I need a different service for scorpions than for ants?
Often yes. Bark scorpions, subterranean termites, and rodents are not the same problem as a seasonal ant trail. The quote flow asks what you are seeing so the recommendation can follow the pest, not a generic spray.
Is termite work a monthly package?
Termite treatment requires a property assessment and provider-confirmed scope. Selecting termites or full coverage in DuneGuard does not enroll you in a treatment plan.
Are treatments family- and pet-conscious?
A pest professional can discuss family- and pet-conscious options when they fit the pest and the property. Your technician should explain what will be applied and where before service.
How fast can someone come out?
DuneGuard cannot promise an appointment time. Select the urgency of your concern in the request, then confirm availability with the provider. A request is not a booking or emergency-response service.
Do I have to be home?
For many exterior services, access to the yard, garage perimeter, and utility side is enough. Interior activity, attics, and termite inspections usually need someone on site.
What cities do you cover?
The ZIP-check area includes Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise and Goodyear. Availability is checked using your ZIP, selected pests and provider capacity; a listed city does not guarantee service.
